Abbey’s Own Iron Veil Beer Release Dinner
Join us on September 24th at 6:30 PM for the Abbey’s Own Iron Veil Beer Release Dinner. Enjoy four exceptional beers paired with four chef-curated courses, including our debut Iron Veil Dark Strong Ale. Tickets are $75 per person, and every regular admission includes a special Iron Veil gift to take home! Featured beers: Kamsutra Witbier with Passionfruit, Mindful NEIPA, Kells Irish Red Ale, and Abbey’s Own Iron Veil. A night of flavor, craft, and celebration awaits!
First Course: Hydro Bib lettuce, red radish, strawberries, toasted pipita seeds, shaved daikon, goat cheese with a strawberry tahini vinaigrette
2nd Course: Duck sausage with port wine reduction over crispy Yukon hash
3rd Course: Suvee Wagyu Strip loin, Swiss chard, parsnip puree, duck fat fried potatoes, and an Irish red ale demi
Dessert: Apple Crumb Cake with Cinnamon Ice Cream
