Attendants receive complimentary bottles of Iron Abbey’s Limited release of Fear Me Lords Imperial Stout and Iron Abbey Maker’s Mark Private Select Bourbon No. 5
Fear Me Lords Imperial Stout is barrel-aged in our Maker’s Mark select barrel with coffee, cocoa nibs, and Madagascar vanilla. We will release this new creation along side three other beers from Stable 12 and four whiskeys from Maker’s Mark.

Whiskey & Beer Dinner Menu:
1st Course- Roasted Duck Ensalada:
Pan roasted duck served “medium” of mixed greens, Brazil nuts, crasins, cherries, tomatoes and a light blueberry whiskey vinaigrette
2nd Course- Chargrilled T-Bone of Lamb:
Accompanied with sweet potato puree, whipped garlic potatoes and Demi-glace
3rd Course- Smeared Crab Bread:
Baked rustic French bread topped with crab imperial and tomato bruschetta
4th Course- Double Chocolate Whiskey Cake:
To put an end to the wonderful meal, let’s take a shot of whiskey and put some Whiskey Ganache on this cake!
