Disclosure & Agreement : Rooms
Room Minimums: All Room Minimums are based on an Adult Headcount. Two half-priced children can count 1 adult guest to help with meeting minimums. Children 2 & under do not count towards the headcount for room minimums, but the coordinator must be made aware for proper seating arrangements.
Loft Pews: This space is available as a semi-private location. We will have our beer cellar open and other patrons are allowed to enter and go into the beer cellar. Additionally, The Whiskey Loft bar (hightops) portion of Loft is available for other patrons to dine in and is not included unless purchased.
Disclosure & Agreement : Food & Beverage
All-inclusive Packages: All Food &/or Beverage Packages are served for 2 hours. Liquor packages do not include shots or drinks on the rocks. When opting for a cash bar, the event host is responsible for any outstanding/ unpaid checks left by your guests. Any unpaid checks will be charged to the credit card on file. Due to our unlimited buffet-style dining, no food can be packaged or taken off the premises after your event. (Please note that any buffet style for Iron Abbey is subject to this same policy) Na’Brasa Luncheon and Brunch Menus are only available until 3:00 pm.
Outside Dessert: Since we offer in-house dessert, please note that all outside desserts are subject to a $2 per person service charge.
Private Event: All Private events that take place prior to 3:00 pm are subject to a $300 Service Charge for the food service. For brunch times, Chocolate Fountains are available for events that take place prior to 3:00 pm. There is a $100 service charge & $7 per person for this service. Must be added to the contract at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.
Décor: The event Host must notify the event coordinator when bringing in decorations. All decorations must be approved by Na’Brasa & Iron Abbey Staff.

EVENTS & RESERVATIONS (12+) FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS
Iron Abbey Gastropub, NaBrasa Brazilian Steakhouse, and The Loft Whiskey Bar require a $200 deposit in order to reserve a private dining space for 12 or more guests. This payment can be made via credit card when booking. The deposit can either be applied to your total bill or refunded back to the card at the end of your dining experience. Please let your server know what you would like to do. Payment for the total bill can be split up into a maximum of four (4) ways.
Disclosure & Agreement : Cancellations
Point of Contact (event host) may cancel up to 14 days prior to the event and will receive their deposit back. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are subject to the room fee & loss of the deposit. The Point of Contact (event host) may increase, cancel, or decrease guest count within two (2) days or 48 hours prior to the date scheduled. Any cancellation or decrease in the headcount after this window will be subject to a non-refundable deposit & will be required to pay for the set number of guests in the reservation at that time.
